They have done a hearing test and programmed them and the sound quality was shocking and far too low in terms of volume. WebThe app is slow to connect to the aids. The app will sometimes switch into streaming mode for no reason. When trying to fine tune the hearing aids the app will often crash or show an error and default to the Home Screen. The aids lack gps to track a lost aid. They lack Apple Watch support. They connect to up to 8 devices but who needs that.
