Webb17 feb. 2016 · I recieved a perfectly normal "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" bounceback - so I am able to receive bouncebacks, I'm just not being sent them from this domain for some reason. Emails to them from, for example, my personal Gmail account, are received fine (so I'm using this in the meantime until this problem is resolved) Webb19 feb. 2024 · A quick way to confirm it is to change the domain to InternalRelay and see if that solves the issue (generally speaking it should take around 30 mins to have it reflected). Other than that you can simply remove/re-add the alias, which should hopefully trigger a sync to the backend. Or you can open a support case and ask Microsoft to take a look.
