Or we can add parentheses in FMT_ENABLE_IF then add missing ones on definitions too. You should probably remove -DFMT_HEADER_ONLY=1. You only need to add src/format.cc to source_files. You should probably not define FMT_USE_CONSTEXPR=1 and let the library detect if constexpr is supported.
