WebEdmonton North PCN offers a 24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring program at both Rundle Health Centre and the Edmonton Community Health Hub North. Patients attend two appointments, 24 hours apart. In the first, you are fitted with a monitor by one of our clinicians. You go about your daily activities for the next 24 hours, recording your activity. WebAt the Edmonton North PCN, we offer a number of classes to help you meet your health goals. All of the classes below do not require a referral and you can call us at 780.473.7131 to register. Classes are offered virtually and in-person. In-person classes are held at the Edmonton Community Health Hub North, located at 13211 Fort Road.
